Adding facebook video to creation

According to the help text I can add facebook video to my creations. However I get error message: "Please do not put applets on your page."
With this code: "<object width="400" height="224" ><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="movie" value="http://www.facebook.com/v/266771413435981"; /><embed src="http://www.facebook.com/v/266771413435981"; type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="400" height="224"></embed></object>"

What do I do wrong?

By the way I read a lot of posts about adding video and what surprises me is that nobody posts the actual html code needed to add videos without help of youtube or facebook. Can anyone provide the necessary code and how to upload the video file to MOCpages?
Thanks Allard

You don't upload video to MOCpages, this is not a video hosting site. But you can link to or embed videos hosted elsewhere.

With YouTube you have to click "Share", then "Embed", then tick the "Use old embed code" before copying the code from the YouTube page (otherwise you'll end up with the iframe version which isn't allowed here).

I don't use Facebook, and have it banned so I can't test your Facebook link, but a casual glance suggests those two semicolons shouldn't be there.

If it's you uploading the video, as opposed to you linking to someone else's video, I'd recommend YouTube over Facebook any day.

I can't test this due to my ban on Facebook, but you might like to try this version.

I had to upload the text to pastebin because this message forum won't allow me to post the exact text here without modifying it (which is where the semicolons came from!)
