Did you happen to get a screen capture or any visible evidence for the advertisement? Unfortunately, there isn't any evidence on his homepage of the member doing anything wrong. I don't doubt you one bit, but we need proof before we can, in good concience, delete anyone's account.
The comment you deleted could've proven the member's wrong-doing. Just for future reference, I might suggest letting us know about the comment, and attend to the account deletion before deleting the comment (which provides us with proof).
Meanwhile, thanks for letting us know. If you get another one, by all means notify us (again, without deleting the comment, please), and we'll get it taken care of.

Guys, guys, guys, I've said this at least 20 times now - take screen grabs of this kind of stuff.
If you don't have the snipping tool (comes standard with windows 7 and windows vista) then take a photo, or use the screen capture feature in photoshop or equivalent.
Do it AS SOON AS YOU SEE THE PROBLEM.
Host the image on a photo sharing website, like flickr, and link to the photo on flickr - not the moc where the comment was made.
In addition, link to the home page of the offender, his posting activity may still be visible to Sean and co, even if he's deleted the advertising comments.
