I didn't see another Thread for this so I made this one, this person: http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/91591 Is Taking Legohaulics creations and posting them on his page. He does state that he is "Legohaulics obsesser" but really? We must have 2 of every creation out there?

I also just noticed he does not state in ANY of his creations that legohaulic made them. He gives them a different title and call them his.

Good find. I agree, it does seem that all those creations aren't even his.

The creations have been deleted and his name has been added to "our list."

Good find and thanks!

nice catch man...also, I feel as though some of his...'advice', isn't great advice.
it says
"don't use random colors,BE REALISTIC."
Now i don't know how you feel about this advice, now it can be true, but still...not the greatest advice.

He's probably a rainbow warrior... None of those MOCs were his.

naughty people. Chris mentioned months ago that people who persistently break the rules are added to a list so that if they continue to be "a problem" they can be banned or their account subjected to additional moderation.

There's another dude like this. I saw two mocs on his page and they were both stolen. I told him to get rid of them and he deleted them a couple days later. I'm pretty sure his other ones are stolen too.

As we can't just go deleting random pages, if you could find the originals of what he's stolen and provide links we'll be MORE than happy to clean up the mess.

Thanks!

Someone stole my creations and put them on lego.com
once. And I have seen this a few times on the same website.
Wich is why I suggest all pictures uploaded on mocpages should get a small symbol that says:
the name of the guy who made it and day he posted it along with the title and all the "all rights reserved" stuff in a corner. That way, people don't get creations stolen from here, and if they want to post them somewhere else, well they should be able to because if the creation really is theirs, they've got the original pics...

I've seen my stuff on other sites too that I never uploaded to or gave permission to have my creations used - its a neverending battle with those who aren't creative enough to make there own MOCs! Plagiarism isn't cool or fun for the original MOC creator. I have even seen clones of my creations on the brickjournal website with credit given to the guy who copied my designs. frustrating! You are not alone!

He's definantly a plagiarist. I reported him before. Proof: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/315299

Snap; the excellent 'Brick Busters' group (their Flickr arm) alerted me to mine being nicked.

There's a MOCpages arm of the group too - I highly recommend everyone joining it to help in the fight against MOC piracy.
