Why cant we do this I would like to put background pics too (And would like to do this) so basically I'm asking was this an old feature, is this a hack or is this something we can do but not many people know of???

What? There was nothing special about that MOC. The numbers on the pictures were edited in via a different program. If its the white bold letters, go look under "learn some simple HTML". If not, I really don't know what your pointing out.

I think he meant the custom background image (with all the bionicle language circles and things), which means that the default style was overwritten with an image that was probably offsite.

I see what you mean. But I think this was one of those problems that plagued MOCpages in its early stages, and you can't be allowed to do it now.

If its the non-Lego picture, a picture is a picture, the uploader can't tell the difference if it's Lego or non-Lego. All that is is a picture downloaded onto their computor and uploaded the same way as the ready of them.

As for the background, he has the HTML in the comments if you want to see how to do it (not that I would recommend it).

Read through the comments under the MOC, the explanation on how to do it is given in his reply to Chris Adazelbon.

Basically he's used some custome HTML code to change the background on the page from basic black to a picture hosted somewhere on the net. I'd wait to see what the mods have to say about it though as some custom script (such as embedding music or adding marquee) have caused issues.
