how do i download the ldd instructions into ldd from the user submits

click where it says "download building instructions (LEGO digital designer"
you will get a pop up, in it there is an option "open with Lego Digital Designer" and click OK
should open up in LDD straight away.

if it doesn't... then the problem is possibly your setting in your internet browser.

Also, you MUST have LDD installed, but MUST NOT have LDD open before you try to download the file, if you do it will error as LDD cannot run multiple versions of the .exe file on the same computer.

The building instructions in digital designer wont't load on one of my creations.

could you post a link to which creation your talking about and maybe someone can figure out what the problem is.

you are aware ldd hasn't been working properly for a few days, lego.com's servers were causing ldd4 to hang up when loading.

if you mean you can't add the file as a link to your creation. could the problem be that the file has been corrupted or that you are looking in the wrong place on your computer? try opening it up in LDD again and saving it using the "save as" option and change the name to something you can easily remember.
