It would be appropriate and polite if an admin type would give us all an official update/statement on the 'smiley' situation during the interval of time when the 'glitch' first occurred to when it was reinstated. Is that data activity during that interval lost? Will we ever see it? Is someone still working on it? So much is touted about people being polite, etc. And yet we have all been treated in a very disrespectful way by being left in the dark.
