First of all,you have to embed them. How? You have to upload your video to a video hosting web site.Like.....

YouTube
Google Video
Yahoo Video
Photobucket
Dailymotion
Myspace
Facebook
Vimeo



After the video is uploaded, create a new page or edit an old page in MOCpages.

Copy and paste the <embed> tag from YouTube or Google Video into the page.

tried all of them. when i went to add a creation, i put the enbeded link like it said. (it's one of my videos from my youtube account) and i copied the embeded link and pasted it to the box below the title for your creation box. and i did the rest of the info. after the i clicked continue, and it had a yellow box on the page saying that it does not support ifile or something like that

click share under the video and then click embed, and check "use old embedding code" HOpe this helps
