Probably the word filter, in which case it's all Kelso's fault for not spending every hour of every day approving suspect comments.

Ok, firstly don't use capital letters, it reads like you are shouting, and that makes people less likely to help.

secondly, you are attempting to reply to people's comments right? and for some reason you can't, but just in that one moc, not comments to your other mocs, right?

Not sure why that would be. Only suggestions I can make are the obvious:

1. clear your cache file, there could be some rogue code saved that is messing with your access to MOCpages.

2. comment rather than reply, but include a phrase like "@ andros" to open your comment so they know you mean them.

Might I suggest if you are offering editting help that you do so by starting a group (like the ones Chris Roach and Humph-free have) as it might be easier for you to control the queries that way. Make it public and invite all your contacts and I'm sure word will get out quickly that it is there.

Sounds like one of the words used triggered a moderation on the comment. Check and see if the comments are there now as I've just gone through and approved (or deleted) all the comments that were in the que.

chris, any chance we might get a warning at the preview stage for when that happens? I've had dozens of comments recently fall into this category (and to my knowledge all have passed moderation, but taken a day or two). If I knew there would be a delay before confirming, I'd probably self edit the suspect word and save you the time vetting it.

Actually no. In this case it's also a way for us to police what the kiddies say to each other. If there were a "list" of words and phrases that triggered moderation, then everyone would find new and infinitely more creative ways to insult each other... at which point we'd have to add those words and phrases to the list and it would go on and on and on and on and... you get the point.

I'm sorry that sometimes you guys have to wait for your comment to appear, but if you're not insulting someone then you can be pretty sure that it'll show soon.

Thanks for understanding. And, don't worry about the extra work for us, we get paid well for... wait, what? What do you mean I do this for free? When did this start? Well that's bul...

Yeah, that's what happened on LEGO Universe before it closed. There were words you couldn't say but people got around it by using other words.

It's possible that when you're at the page that says, "preview your comment", you might have clicked the button a few times. Just click it once. Even though it might take a while to load, chances are it did recognize that you clicked it.

They've got lots of other things to worry about. Maybe one day they'll take care of it, but don't get your hopes up. Instead, just remember to only click once.

When the servers are extra busy, there is a slow down. The problem isn't that the website needs "fixing", the problem is that the servers aren't powerful enough for the activity the website gets.

Since it's free to use, I'd say it was a fairly minor problem and one you can do something about yourself by just having a little more patience.

press continue ONCE, no matter whether it looks like nothing has happened or not. It isn't a lot to ask.
