Well, as annoying as he is, he didn't use any bad language or anything like that. I would just ignore him and delete the comments, if I were you.

These guys give Halo fans a bad name.

An effective way to deal with these baddies is to reply with an off-topic remark. Confused, they usually leave you alone.

I wouldn't suggest that, never feed trolls.

Tim, I've had a word with him about his rude behavior. If he continues, please let me know.

There's a part of me, sort of like Areetsa, that would just start messing with him right back, and turn it into a game. But, the fact of the matter is that Sean created the comments section for builders to leave positive remarks about other's work, or to offer constructive critisms. Let's try to stay focused on what the comments section is really for. If negative remarks continue by any member, they run the risk of a ban (as laid out in the terms of use).

Maybe an "ignore" function would be helpful in this kind of situation, where there is a little kid who keeps bugging you, and you want to ignore him, but if he keeps posting comments then you have to manually delete each one...

that would get my vote too, and works quite well on other websites like flickr.

until one is in place, my advice would be, if you receive a comment you don't like, delete it from your moc without comment. if the person making the comments doesn't get the message after that, report it to MOChelp with a quote of what was said.

It may make them ask why their comment was deleted, at which point they MAY get the message they shouldn't have said what they said in the first place. Doesn't always work, but drive by trollings tend not to come back if they don't get any reaction.
