Is anyone else still having trouble viewing images?

I would just like to ask;
Is everything supposedly sorted out now that the "Mocpages is recovering from..." banner has been removed from the top of the homepage? Because I still can't see lots of my creations and I know it isn't just me who can't see them because I asked a friend to try and view them and they said that no, they couldn't view them either.
Is anybody else still having troubles or is it just me for some reason?
Thanks everyone.

The repair should basically be complete to my understanding. see:
http://mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=2600&topicid=75439
If there are still members out there who aren't able to view a lot of their former images, I'd like to hear about it as well, so we can get an idea of whether there are just a select few with problems (in which it may or may not be related to the crash), or a large percentage of MOCpages members.
Let's give it a few days to see how many respond, and then we can take it from there (and hopefully get you squared away).

I still have a few (probably more than 15), but I have the majority showing.
These guys, however, barely have any pictures showing:

Okay, thanks Mark.
I just counted up and I have 27 whole mocs that aren't back yet.
But unlike some people I'm having no troubles editing my homepage or uploading new mocs if that is of any significance.
Thanks for looking into it.

Well, at least I'm glad to hear the new loaded stuff is functioning properly.
I'll continue to check in for the next couple of days. I try not to email Sean unless absolutely necessary, so I'd like to get a feel for what we're dealing with before contacting him.
Thanks for your patience, gang.

I also have same problem. I have 9 creations that are not fixed yet. I think a few more people are also having same problems.

mine seem to be ok, but I've viewed a couple of home pages this morning that were full of broken links. I wasn't sure if the issue was my IP or the website.

Hi. In response I would like to say that my "F117A..." and "Final Alterations..." pages still have pictures missing and EXEMPLAR INC's photo's are not visible either. I presume it has to do with the more recent postings prior to the crash that are experiencing the problem. Are these lost do you think? Permalink | December 2, 2011, 1:56 pm |

Okay, gang. I sent Sean an email over the weekend letting him know about this thread. He did mention there are still some stragglers as far as restorations go. So, that may be what we're seeing here.
He actually mentioned the possibility of going into some accounts personally and getting images back. That was before I sent him the link to this thread, however - there may be too many to do one at a time, I just don't know. (But if he does, I suggest we nominate him for sainthood.)
Bottom line is that he's aware that some images still are out, and he knows about this thread. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the remaining images reappear soon.

Great stuff and thank you for sorting stuff out for us. I agree with the sainthood too! haha. He does an amazing job on here, he really does. As do you... and Phippy I suppose! But don't tell him I said that. haha I joke, I joke.
But anyway, thanks again and let's hope like you say that the missing images start re-appearing soon.

A note to all: I wouldn't mind hearing from anyone who's also seeing some progress with their images. If you could, let us know if/when you see restoration of any remaining blacked out pics. Thanks!

None of the images my wife and I have posted for our MOC page are back yet. Although it would be awesome to have our page back up and running, we understand that this is a huge, complicated issue, so take your time.
Be warned though; once our page is restored, we've been building tons of new LEGO creations and might tax your servers all over again by uploading hundreds of new images! ;) Permalink | December 14, 2011, 8:55 am |

Thanks for keeping us up to speed. I don't know if Sean's had time to address some people's images personally or not.
I'll probably wait until after the holidays. If we've not seen some progress by that point, I'll drop him another email to get more info. Meanwhile, please continue to chime in with any changes, continued problems, etc. I want to keep the lines of communication as open as possible. Again, I gave Sean the link to this thread, so at any point he might use this to access pages that are still having image problems.

Okay gang, Sean was good enough to get back with me regarding the return of images that were lost during the crash...
We've reached a point where any remaining lost images will need to be tackled manually, and individually by Sean's server administrator. He's offered to have members contact him directly regarding lost images, however, Chris and I are going to try to help with that, to work as an intermediary for Sean. So, let's try this...
I'm going to start a new thread here in the Help Group for anyone who lost images from the crash and have not seen them return.
THIS IS NOT...I REPEAT, NOT...FOR ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH MISSING IMAGES - ONLY FOR IMAGES LOST DURING THE SYSTEM CRASH.
All other problems with images not loading properly should be addressed elsewhere. Meanwhile, later today a new thread will appear (I'll include a link below in this comment when it does). Go to the new thread and follow the instructions, and Sean will get the information.
One other thing, I don't know how long it will take on Sean's end to address each person. It may vary depending on his schedule. Many of you have been very patient (thank you!) - I would urge you to continue to hang tight while your page gets inspected, and any lost images restored.
Thanks so much guys - let's give this a shot.

Okay, have done. Thanks Mark.
I don't know if it's of any significance, but I just noticed something;
All of my missing mocs were posted between July 20th 2010 and July 23rd 2011. It's a year's worth of mocs that are missing. All of my others are fine. I don't know if that's the same for everyone else or whether it's just me but it gives you a time frame for my missing creations.
Thanks again,
