I came across this "Mazda RX-7" Thing and one was PG Rated (http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/253515) for no good reason.

Let me explain, this is a super gangsta car. So when little kids see it, they might look it up on the internet and they might encounter all kinds of ganster stuff! True story.

It's up to the creator to decide whether or not it is PG rated.

Well... the creators and staff. If we decide that a moc needs the PG rating, or has one and doesn't need it, we can switch it for them... like I did in this case.

I think this chap:

might need a few rules explaining appropriate language. I don't think putting **s in place of vowels negates the word they are contained within.

Cheers

actually no it isn't, if something needs one and the creator thinks it doesn't, it's still breaking the rules not to have one. the final decision is the people who run the website.
