Apologies for the new topic admins, but there didn't seem to be one for this.
Can I ask, why did MOCpages lose the 'out of 5' system it used to have?
Is there any chance we could return to it?
The quest for 'I like it's is getting a bit ridiculous, to the point where some people (you know who you are) only accept ratings of 4 or 5, and say 'don't rate unless it's a 4 or 5' on their MOCpage. It kind of forces you to put an 'I like it' to avoid oversensitive reactions from people who don't have the confidence to accept real ratings and become better builders through it.
Am I the only one who thinks this way? If I am feel free to lock out this topic! Just wanted a straw poll of opinions from MOCpages users.
If you're a MOCer and you're reading this, what are your thoughts?
Personally I think honest ratings are far more valuable, and the 'I like it' system, whilst it should work, is kind of ruined by those just after instantaneous fame without working hard for it.
