1. remove his page
2. remove his creations
3. remove his likes (if possible)

i have also realiszed these mocs might not be his alot of his mocs have been circulating around the web before i even new what moc pages was please help

Look at the upload dates for the MOCs.
Now look at the quality of them.
Tons of blogs are dedicated to spread good MOCs around, so of course these would circulate a lot. Especially since they've been around for years.

Also, protip: improve your grammar. It makes it much easier for readers to comprehend what you're trying to say.

I'd have to agree with the previous comments. I know this builder's work from other websites which have links to here. Those anonymous visitor likes are more than likely genuine and not steve voting for himself.

While some trolls here are doing that, I'd challenge the suggestion that he's one of them.
