Sorry, Caleb, but I'm not real familiar with that section of the site (as I've never visited it). Perhaps Chris or Sean can give you an answer.
Meanwhile, I suspect that it's set up very much like other pages. This means that new contests probably have to be added by a member, and once contests are over they don't get deleted without some effort. This is just a guess based upon my experience in other sections of MOCpages.
Anyone else have any thoughts, or better explanations, please chime in...I'd be interested to know more as well.
