Hello and welcome!!! There aren't many rules at all.....

-Obviously, must be a vehicle
-Equally as obvious, must be under 15 pieces. That is 15 AND under.
-LDD is allowed and won't effect your score
-http://www.bricklink.com/PL/93597.jpg?1 ,http://www.bricklink.com/PL/98835.jpg?1 or http://www.bricklink.com/PL/93587.jpg?1 - are allowed, but may reduce your score as it's a piece that covers a lot of space with a fair bit of detail.
-You must have a picture proving you have 15 or under pieces.
-A link to the group would be appreciated.
-A wheel-tyre-axle assembly counts as one piece.

Have fun!!

Well,it's down to the vehicle, not the scenery/mini fig, unless it's part of the structure of the MOC.

I think a month max. The CS 100 piece challenge wasn't that hard, this shouldn't be either ;)
I'd go for March 2nd, but let's hear the opinions of others.

Hi Sam,

I've got a question about LDD:

Many designs are made in the "Extended" mode (LDDE), where you can use any existing part of LDD in any colour that LDD offers.

But there are a lot of shape/colour combinations that only exist in LDDE and have never been produced in "plastic" bricks.

Is it OK to use these "unofficial" bricks in LDD, too?

Well, I'd consider it an unfair advantage of LDD builders against "brick builders":

Take the 2x1x2/3 slope, which is a very cool part. It would look great as a clear windscreen, but it hasn't been produced in any tranparent colour, yet...

Using that part you could save one "cheese wedge" in LDD.

Sorry but I disagree, actual brick builders always have an advantage as they can use illegal techniques. LDD users can't. Plus we have a much more limited range of parts and cannot use decals.

For example, if I create something in LDD I can't have stud to stud creations held together with elastic bands, or dismantle my mini figs to use their legs or hands as joints and decorations.

Also a great point. The amount of times I've been wanting to use mini-fig hands is insane. So LDD has it's ups and downs. That's why I stated it won't effect your score.

Have fun!!

Can we enter more than one?

No, but you can make more that one (like Matt Bace has done).
