After looking at all facts, viewpoints, and opinions that matter, i father khal am having doubts

not of our lord but about christianity

therefore although still believing in A or MULTIPLE gods do not believe anymore in a god of the traditional sense

which god would preach forgiveness, when he and his followers can be so brutal?

what god teaches us to be kind to each other, when he killed his own son and destroyed 2 citys to rubble?

and what followers of this religion of hope, forgivenesss and kindness would use it for their own political purposes?

Meh, Buddhism seems so much more peaceful than any religion that worships omnipotent/semi-omnipotent beings.
:P

No, but srsly.

Ask God. He'll tell you or he won't. Talk to a pastor.

That's kind of a problem nowadays.
In the old times, if you heard voices in your head, you were seen as a prophet who spoke to God.
Today, you'll be examined for psychic illness.

So don't tell people(Non-Christians) That you are hearing God. DUH

So, after your logic, a conversation between a schizofrenic (if that's the correct term) and a blinded-by-faith Christian would go like this:
"I'm hearing voices in my head. They claim they are God and want me to kill anyone I talk to regularly."
"That's the will of God! Might as well begin with me, then."

First off, you took what I said and put it to the max.

I know I did. To prove a point.
Quoting Awe's Pie
Secondly, you knew exactly what I meant.
If you meant something else than what I interpreted it as, you should've explained it better.

A point that was never gonna happen. Even Blinded-by-Faith Christians don't wanna die.

Point: You implied that voices in the head was God, not one's sub-consciousness going nutz. And that only Christians would believe that.
I 'maxed' it by providing an example of a dangerous situation. Also, blinded= Fully prepared to make any sacrifice possible to please one's master. In case you thought I meant just Phelp-sy believer. Sacrificing your life is still a sacrifice, no?

And still you knew what I meant. You're just making this harder.

Possibly, possibly not.
And if you're tired of the discussion, it's been great arguing with you. Good day.

Wow... We should got back on topic.
Khal, there's been some talk about this so-called "Pascal's Wager". But, you shouldn't rely on that for your belief. Go with what you feel.
If the doubt is strong, try Agnosticism a little while. Or try worshipping God in a new way.

Ussually, they're not.

Quoting Father Khal what god teaches us to be kind to each other, when he killed his own son and destroyed 2 citys to rubble?
He teaches us to be kind to one another. He killed his own son to save us. God probably created those cities for the purpose of being destroyed.

Quoting Father Khal and what followers of this religion of hope, forgivenesss and kindness would use it for their own political purposes?
They shouldn't.

I assume you were referring to Sodom and Gomorrah when you said 2 cities. God said He would spare Sodom if He found 10 righteous people. Lot and his family were the only ones. Jesus died because of the grace of God, not His "brutality". When you mention the brutality of His followers, remember that every human being is a sinner. The Crusades were NOT the will of God. They were the will of a corrupt Roman Catholic Pope.

Yes and turned lots wife to salt afterwards just for looking back...

he died of human brutality, and humans created in gods image should logicaslly therefore act like him

and yes like the inquisistion and purgatory of science like all are humans fault... but genesis 1:3 "god looked upon his creation and saw that it was good"
how blind was he not to see the fall, or the existence of evil like this?
