Tull= Kidding/fool

That picture is in the "Skilt Bilder" or "Pictures of signs" folder, so if you keep clicking on the arrows below the picture (preferably the right ^_^) you'll see more pictures.
The signs are written in English, only their titles are Norwegian.
Humor to be enjoyed on an international scale, haha.
