If you do not have a self-moc yet, you WILL have to build one as your entry for round one. This does not mean that EVERYONE has to build their self-moc for round one, just the people who don't have one already.
Just so you know, Round one may or may not be the same as last year, I'm still deciding.

People, please note: If you have updated/are about to update your self-moc, it does not matter whether you post the updates before or after the competition, but I think it would be sensible not to update DURING the competition.
The point is not for your opponent to be making the most accurate representation of your self-moc, as there will be radical changes due to the categories given.

No, you don't. People can make your old self-moc just as well as your new self-moc. The point of the competition is not to be accurate, it's for creative liberty in the first place.
