Setting up P&A

This will replace C&C, it can wait untill its is needed.

I don't think futuristic as in D&C is a very good idea due to... issues with future tech. I much prefer the idea of modern or very near future.

So I guess modern it is, thats good seeing how I already typed the modern description.
Well we can do 2x speed, one week, and one week cooldown.

What do you guys think about the new map?

I love the new map, but by 2x speed, I mean double vehicle production, double ship movement, so 1 game-day would be 12 hours. Im still thinking about what else would be doubled...

Only annexing is twice faster. Production rate stays the same.
