Glad you made it happen, Tom. Now all we need here is quality builds and good people. Shall I help spreading the word? And how about a contest sometime in the future?

I've always wanted to build the small shark-shaped submarine from Tintin and the treasure of Rackham but I never succeeded in getting the canopy right :/
I did start building the wreck of the Unicorn at the seabottom at one point but I never finished it and eventually it got demolished.
but ever since the collectable minifigure 'diver' was released I'm wanting to try again

Of course, spread the word! I don't know too many people here... Contest sounds good, let's think about it. It's my first group as an admin, so if you or Sebeus (or other reliable Members-to-be) have suggestions or advices, go ahead!

Yes that diver gives me similar ideas... :) You remind me of my minifig scale moon rocket that got demolished (not enough red bricks for the three feet). BTW I still like your yellow shark sub!

I'd love to see the moon rocket in lego sometime, it's a simple design but those curves make it an extremely difficult model to replicate in the brick.
I thought about making the 'Swordfish' from Blake and Mortimer as well but that didn't turn out well, a submarine-Jet, how cool can it be :P

Hello, everyone! I just joined. =P I made Tintin and Captain Haddock minifigures. I'll be working on a Flight 714 to Sydney MOC.
