Single Jusdge = bad idea. Think about it.
See, in competitions the winner should be the one that appeals to the largest group of people.
A small group of judges is used rather than just one so the result will be based on the averages.
With your system only what appeals to you will be viable: someone could use a color or a shape you don't like, and regardless how much it appeals to anybody else, that's it.
In the end it sounds like "you will have to dance to my music, or not at all".
If you think you might have trouble counting,you can ask a fellow judge to help you (I do that all the time, because I'm lazy).
