Hmm. My fav would probably the Mata. I just love the 2001-2 stuff. Lewa Mata is also my favorite Toa so it just kinda figures :3

Reaper the Ultimate .
Easily the Toa Mata (I have all six, with canisters, instructions and gold masks). However, I also quite liked the Toa Metru. Toa Mata had the best tagline though: Bionicle: Find the Power!
