Star Wars has a great story line, and it has the Jedi, which makes Star Wars complete!

Good guy - Obi Wan
Bad guy - General Grevious

For episodes 4-6
Good guy - Luke Skywalker
Bad guy - Darth Vader

For episode one:
Good guy - Qui Gon Jinn
Bad guy - Darth Maul

For episode two:
Good guy - Anakin Skywalker
Bad guy - Jango Fett

For episode three:
Good guy - Obi Wan
Bad guy - General Grevious

For episode four:
Good guy - Han Solo
Bad guy - Darth Vader

For episode five:
Good guy - Luke Skywalker
Bad guy - Boba Fett

For episode six:
Good guy - Luke Skywalker
Bad guy - Darth Vader

Star Wars Primary Villain: Darth Sidious
Primary Hero: Anakin Skywalker

4-6 Hero: Luke Skywalker, Han Solo
4-6 Villain: Darth Vader

1-3 Hero: Anakin Skywalker
1-3 Villain: Darth Sidious

1 Hero: Obi-Wan Kenobi/Qui Gon Jinn
1 Villain: Darth Sidious

2 Hero: Anakin Skywalker/Obi-Wan Kenobi
2 Villain: General Grievous

Etc...
Point is that Boba Fett, Jango Fett, are not the real bad guys, and General Grievous is not the ultimate villain for the first three.
Mace Windu is not the hero of any of these. And Luke Skywalker and Han are the hero for the last three.
