A MOC that primarily uses technic pieces instead of system pieces.

I think we should. I will not be much help when it comes to judging those, but we have a spike in new members, whom I have not yet looked to see what their interests are. We may have a breakthrough in that section. I'm thinking that after this first Bi-Monthly Challenge, the next will be a Bio-MOC Challenge.
