okay, for the contest we need some rules, right?
well i was thinking about these:

1) it must have a hat

2) it can be a builded moc, but it can't be older than 2 weeks.

3)it starts 21th of august (due to facation)

feel free add some rules, and if you can't enter on that day, i'll change it ASAP
