Other refers to a number of things: any functions or special features, Special details, Judges opinion, overall design, etc.
You were marked down on this category because of two very small details. I thought that in this set, a tilted steering wheel using some hinge parts would make it better. Bottoms of the seats would too. Second, the hood doesn't open, which also would have been possible.
Overall, you got a great score.

Hey Halhi why did you change my score from 37/50 to 35/50 I didn't think the judges could do that?? It's just puzzling me that's all.

Actually the scores can be changed. I was looking through the scores and adjusted a few. I realized I had graded slightly differently on certain entries so I corrected my mistakes.

So far we've had a good amount of models, and the quality is pretty good. I have been quite conservative in the scores, and it seems to be very close. I'm still waiting for this alternate that stands out from the rest...

I personally wait for all entry before scoring, not to be influenced by first entry.

You can consult your score details here :

I score with an originality as 10 point, because I think it's more interesting to see unexpected subject or thema than "one more car" on a car set or one more plane. I also have a parameter about the difficulty/originality of the chosen set. I also enhance functionality and playability, because I have young children, and It's important that we keep Lego as a toy too.
Nice pictures and a LDD are a bonus.
