What version is your self moc at?
Helios is pretty much V8.5 right now. Sometimes I think I spend too much time upgrading him.
I decided to scrap the gunmetal helm and go for gold. I still need to post another preview picture.

Well, I haven't built him until I was totally sur of his design, so he's like the 5th version planned, but the first built... So let's say his still at his first version.

I think my self-MoC has the fewest upgrades, it's only v2! But I also see no need in making a revamp, I like him how he is :)

I keep telling myself that I like Helios how he is, but I always find something I can improve.

It's more important for me to upgrade or make new characters instead of spending too much time on my self-MoC. It's also very interesting to try out new designs when you make others.

Haven't really planned much for some of my self mocs. But they are due for some V2 upgrades for when I've got a bit more time on my hands, so maybe next week or the week after.

8.5? Dude, go build something else...
I did a selfmoc several years ago(either 2007 or 2008, too lazy to look it up), but never upgraded nor gave much attention to him. If I'm ever going to remake it, I doubt i'll do ti more than once. I don't like to be "trapped" in a MOC or theme for too long...

Yeah its nice to change the MOC. Thats why Helios is almost totally different every time I upgrade him.
