So harry, if the sith win mission 14, I was thinking about making a trilogy of mission based around Mortis, because I think it would be a useful planet due to its foce power and difficulty to find. First, a fight for a starmap that can lead to Mortis. Then, a battle for the planet and the Dagger of Mortis, and finally, a being has fallen into the pool of knowledge,and has become somewhat immortal, and must be killed with the Dagger of Mortis. If not next, I would like to have this at some point, because surely not every planet can be won in one push.

Yeah that's a good idea Inferno. If the Sith win the next mission however you will have a chance to attack a Jedi capital planet so that will have to be the next mission you come up with but after that feel free to do each part of Mortis.
Perhaps each part could essentially count as one planet, so you could win control over the space around Mortis in the first mission, the light side of the planet in the second mission and the dark side of the planet in the third?

Maybe instead of three separate missions, we could have one giant mission where you have to build all three missions in one mocs. Just an idea, though...

No, I just don't think people could pull it off. I'd want to build 3, seperate, snotted, greebled, detailed mocs all with Belegon, who I have one of, all at one time within the space of a week. Not going to happen. Maybe with a 3 week deadline,instead of one thgohu?

Ok, so what I was planning was three separate missions. The first of these is on a planet with enough historical significance to possibly contain a star map with Mortis on it, like Kuat, Corellia, or Rakata, although perhaps Klantooine would be good. However, the prize is not the planet, but the star map.

Next, the winning team gets an advantage in the Battle of Mortis, where the prize is Mortis, along with the Dagger of Mortis. This third would include something new: A space battle!

Finally, its off to the maw, or more specifically, the pool of knowledge. I will not reveal what happens there, as I want it to be a surprise.

That sounds good Inferno. Obviously when we are adding up planets we'd have to count the star map as one and whatever the prize is in the third mission as one as well.
I'll leave this completely up to you to design, you have my basic structure from all the other missions to copy it out on and alter as you see fit.
Just remember though the next planet you win will give you a chance to attack a capital planet and as that is the main aim of the game then I'd go ahead and do that first haha

So Harry, if the Sith win mission 16, I plan to start this trilogy, but there are a few things I will need to know.

1. Mission logs
If the Jedi win a mission in this, I will still need to post the next part, because I know where I am taking this and don't want to risk spoiling it. Is this going to be a problem?

2. Rewards
As I have already said, the prize for the first part will be a small advantage in the next part, rather than the planet. So keeping in mine that the advantage is because the winning side can get to Mortis first, I need ideas for a reward.

As for the reward thing I assume you mean the starmap? If so we'll just count that as a planet itself

Im going to be away from monday to sunday on another school camp (and seeing a steampunk play!), so someone else will have to upload mission 17b. Don't worry, I've already typed it all up. There are two different versions depending on who wins.

17b: Monolith

If the Jedi win:
Ok, here's Mission 17B.

"Log 17b - Sith Empire"
-- The Jedi may have the Star Map, but we have the next best thing, a Dathomiri blood trail on Yurren Relm. We can follow the Jedi anywhere in the Galaxy, without having to muck about with tracking beacons. The fact that their precious grand master is with them will be their downfall. This may be your most important mission yet. Prepare for a fight! --

"Log 17b - Jedi Order"
-- We have the Star Map, and are headed for Mortis. Legend has it that the entire planet is surrounded by a monolith, called the Mortis Monolith. However, Yurren Relm feels that something isn’t quite right, that perhaps the Sith somehow know where we are, and where we are going. Prepare your selves, Jedi, prepare yourselves. --

Ok so there's Mission 17b, below are the usual rules and stuff for everyone to follow.


1. Please title your creation: "The Great Force War, Mission 17b: Monolith"

2. There is no size limit.

3. You can use any figures that you want, but the focus must be on the Jedi and Sith Sig-Figs.

4. Follow your instructions! And remember the mission MUST be set on Mortis unless told otherwise in the briefing.

Padawans and Acolytes: Show your sig-figs doing odd jobs in a Jedi/Sith camp in a cave. You can have a meeting with a force ghost if you like.

Knights and Apprentices: Take part in the space battle. Operate Turbolasers or fly personal starfighters into battle. Extra marks for forced perspective targets.

Masters and Darths: Show your sig-fig on the surface of Mortis, fighting another sig-fig for the Dagger of Mortis.

Both Councils: Show your sig-figs on the bridge of a flagship, viewing the space battle. I want to see forced perspective turbolaser blasts and enemy flagships.


5. Please state your rank CLEARLY at the start or end of your creation.
This makes judging easier as we don't have to keep looking you up in the ranks.

6. You must post your entry by Sunday. Judging will carry out whenever your MOC is up but anything entered after Sunday will not count, results will be out on Monday.
There is also no need to rush creations! Take your time. So long as everyone is posting at the last minute then it'll be fine.

7. This week it would be preferred that there be no comics posted. And please no computer generated creations unless you really have to.

8. I recommend that this time you look up more that just the planet. Also research Star Maps, Dagger of Mortis, and Abeloth and Saraso Taalon if you haven’t read the “Fate of the Jedi” series.
