Happy New Year MOCing Compatriots! I am proud to announce the next challenge build for the BCBS (compliments of December's winner Chronos Omega), and I quote:
Theme Switch!
"Build a Bionicle MOC (Bio-MOC)inspired by a different Lego theme. This inspiration should be clear and obvious (color scheme, weapons/tools, etc.). For example, you could create a Blacktron Makuta, or perhaps a Rock Raiders Toa of Earth! The possibilities are (almost) endless!
Important: Hero Factory and other constraction figure lines are not allowed for obvious reasons."
So there it is. Pick a "non-constraction" Lego theme and base a Bio-MOC around that theme's look. Post it and compete. Due by the 14th! Start the year right. Get to work! BCBS!

Is the uploader giving anyone else trouble? It'll accept the photos, but then it says they came out broken and nothing shows up on the page.

Yes, usually a few of the pictures won't upload, but on a second or third try they will and then I have to re-sort. Kind of a pain. :{(

Ok, someone help me out here. I posted a moc, but some how all the pictures are not showing. Chronos told me to go through Flickr, which is fine, except for the fact that I don't have one of those...nor a facebook...nor anything else. So what do I do?

Just make a flickr account. It's free and takes, like, three minutes. XD
Or of that's not an option, make a Brickshelf account. It takes time for your account to be approved and then more time for the images to go public, but it's reliable and easy to link/embed (though not as easy as flickr).

Once you upload the pictures, there's an icon above the top left (on the page for each picture) that says "share". If you click that, it'll give you the HTML to embed the pictures. All you need to do is copy and paste it onto the MOCpage. :)

Seriously, guys, this ain't no fun anymore! It is 3:26 pm, and outside it is so dark I can't even take proper pictures! And it has been like this for the last four weeks!
I don't take pictures with flash. They often ruin the colour scheme.
Will I have to post all my Winter-MOCs in summer? :'-(

Anyway, I wanna remind people not to vote based on build alone, we've got a category here, and I just think some mocs are actually trying to fit to the category more than others ;D

Mmm... I'll try to explain it, but I'm not sure I'll do it well. Let's see, in the code you can read in the first and the fourth-fifth lines "width" & "height". Changing the numbers on both lines would allow you to change the size of the video, so if you reduce the height it would be like you want to be. However, keep in mind that some videos won't work at reduced sizes.
Should someone with a better control of the language make a better explanation of you understand me, dear? =)
