Anyone got any tips for removing Batman's mask from his head cause mine is stuck in there ;)

put one drop of vegetable oil in between the mask and head. let the oil get down in there. Then put the head on a figure and pull up on the mask. if it still doesn't work, put nail polish on the minifig's neck, then put the head on, let the nail polish dry and pull up on the mask.

Find a body of a different figure and press the back of his head into the mask and pull... (I've had that problem with helmets)

Have they changed LEGO Batman's mask permanently because i have a Batman from earlier this year and it had the same cowl as always but i got one today and the cowl was better is that a permanent change or a variation?
