I re-joined M, but you'll have to be patient with me, I am struggling to find inspiration on a super hero =/ I am stuck in architecture mode right now, maybe I could build one of the he roe's secret hideouts or something! =D

Hi :). No pressure to build or remain in the group but I though your Incredible Dr. "Z" moc would make a great addition. I won’t be offended if you leave.

Z, I am honoured by your comment. You are certainly one of my favourite builders too (and not only for your builds). Made up heroes and villains are very welcome and will hopefully keep the group fresh. I think building anything in Lego is creative but some of the most truly creative builders on this site build completely from their mind. Dr Z and his robot are very welcome. He has a super villain smile and ‘illusions of grandeur’ - perfect.

Thanks for the mention, MortalSwordsman. I'm glad to be a a part of this group. I still got a couple models waiting to be posted, so that number should keep climbing. If anyone has some superheroes they might like to see built in my style, lemme know.

Pulling foot out of mouth, Pick a Brick is killing me . >=O So, I guess I'll be delayed for a bit on this one M, they said I would be getting the bricks on the 23rd, now they are saying they are tied up in customs? So, plan B is a vehicle build, until all those new bricks show up, lame huh? Z
What a nightmare!! The suspense is killing ME ;). Good luck with the vehicle build, I am also starting a car soon. I am getting loads of inspiration at the moment but struggling with build time.

... LMAO
Haha he looks like he is taking it is good spirits. Re Bricklink: I have only used it 3 or 4 times but it is very useful and you can get new and used bricks. PaB has a good selection but limited when compared to BL. BL has every piece ever made but spread over hundreds of stores which can be a pain. I try to order from local stores to ensure quick delivery. My first order came from the US and took 3 weeks :(. Be careful -don't spend too much ;).

I just picked up the Hulk, Captain A, and Ironman from Lego, the Bionocle looking figurines for the kids to bash around, (trying to keep them out of my bricks, cause I feel like an idiot barking at a 4 year old to stay out of my Lego's!) They are pretty cool, i'm kinda surprised no one has made a detailed Moc using the provided heads, it would be at a cool scale, kinda in-between a mini fig, and a full scale build. Just an idea. Z
Haha yeah I do the same with my kids but I do have a few sets that I let them play with. I also buy them small sets so they keep away from mine. Awesome idea with the heads – I wish I had thought of that.

Hey, how many of you are going to be competing in Mr. Xenomurphy's superhero contest?

Hello! A little overdue but just wanted to say hi, and thanks for having this group. If I have an exact niche it's lego superhero's so it's great that there is a specific group for what I love to do. Thanks for all of your feedback so far as well.

Yeah, I saw it the other week. I thought it was fantastic, a really good modern take on Superman. The effects were stunning (and probably not cheap!) as well, especially in 3D. Michael Shannon was brilliant as General Zod too. So yeah, all in all definitely worth a watch!

Cool, I will let you know what I think when I watch it. I am currently building a few mocs that I hope you will like - they are right up your street. Hope to post one tomorrow or sunday

Two words... Hulk. Buster.

I cannot wait to properly see it in action. The couple of glimpses we saw were spectacular!
