Today I looked for a Friends group on MOCpages. Some hours later there it is, which is great! Nice to meet you, looking forward to many creative Friends mocs!

Glad you found it -- I am not really sure how to promote it on MOCpages. I am more familiar with Flickr. Since MOCpages is more younger-fan-friendly, I think this group will grow, eventually, as more kids -- and more girls build with bricks and need MOCpages community :-)

You are right, it probably will not grow as fast as the Flickr group. MOCpages is rather a - very nice and friendly - community, you will get attention if you give attention to what the others do. It is like a snowball system - you see what your buddies comment on, so you take a look, too. Concerning kids - there are some, and it seems to me that they are very well integrated here - maybe better than with Flickr. But girls - it will be interesting to see if the Friends theme will get them here ;-) Anyway looking forward to many great Friends related MOCs!

Thanks for the invite. I fell in love with the Friends figures only upon actually seeing the sets in the store. Up until then I was a bit against them because I adore minifigs so much. But in the flesh I noticed how beautiful they were and ended up buying 4 sets. I plan (after the MocAthalon is over) to do some more mocs including them and I LOVE the sheer amount of pink and purple etc in their sets.
