Alright, here is the place where you tell us what your nation has. ^-^
List all things like navy, army, and air force. Be reasonable. Look at your comparative size with WWII era nations and don't 'overdo' it with the numbers. We are watching.
Be logical too, if you're a large collection of islands, you're going to have a larger navy and air force with a smaller army.
Don't forget that the larger your army/military, the more money it takes with ammo, vehicles and other stuff. Large numbers sound impressive, but if you're not careful, those large numbers will be appearing in your national debt...
When you invade another country and finish it off be sure when you add the added civilians in to your stats put them under a seperate population. This way we know what countries you are controling.
(country 1) 6 million
(country 2) 5 million
Also, you can build ships simultaneously, but do be logical (i.e. build 2 carriers, 2 battleships, and a handful of destroyers at once). Don't make a prolonged habit of it, however. Remember your economy...
WWII aircraft were remarkably less sophisticated than modern aircraft and their production was more like cars. So, this is what I think.
-Single-engined aircraft of all types (including twin-engined fighters)
-Twin-engined aircraft of all types, bomber and above
-Jets, when allowed
-trucks, scout cars, jeeps, & other logistics vehicles (if we want to keep track of this sort of thing)
-light tanks, half-tracks
Naval Construction Timetable:
countries under 15 spaces will double building time, while larger than 40 square countries get cut in half.
-First time posting a MOC in a specific class (1-time, "Jump-start"):
Ships: 3 instantly.
Planes: 60 instantly.
Tanks/vehicles: 40 instantly.
Other (vehicles, non-armored): 40 instantly.
These bonuses apply to certain sub-divisions within each of these categories; like cruisers, destroyers, battleships, etc. Each one of these will be granted the instant bonus. Examples to follow.
-Here are the extended bonuses for each category after you post subsequent MOCs in each of these categories:
Ships, planes, tanks, vehicles, all others: 1 instantly.
I just made a battleship. Once I post it, I get 4 of them, using my one-time bonus of 3, plus my subsequent bonus of one for posting it. A few months from now, I post another battleship. This time, however, I cannot obtain the "Jump-start" bonus, but instead I start out with only one instantly. So, it's like this:
-Governor-class battleship: 4 instantly.
-Soyuz-class battleship: 1 instantly. Permalink
You will judge your nations population by the size and climate of your country. So my nation for example would be about France and Britain combined. Then, take a LOW percentage of that to be your army. So Nemesis, try to make your army a tad smaller. If my calculations are correct, you have about 10% of your population as your army. Try to make it around 6-7% of your population, but your army will grow as the game goes on.
