I don't ever remember seeing anything on size requirements. It is slightly bigger than Minifigure scale. It fits a Technic Scale Figure. What is your opinion?

My original intention was that it would be SLIGHTLY bigger than Fig size, (see the example in the Categories topic) but I'll let it through.

I wouldn't allow that. Even if other judges would, I'd give it a minimum score, so no point in doing it, right?
