Interesting idea! As long as Mr. Lucas is agreeable to the plan, then I say, "Game on!" Just one question though: how much time do we have?

Something I always forget. It will last until both entries are in.

Er, I'm not too sure that's a good idea. This contest is already a bit long overd-due to wrap-up, and my building speed is absolutely dreadful. I would hate to draw the contest out longer, but if your willing to wait a couple of weeks, then I'm able and willing to put an entry in.

Hi everyone, I just read this.... very interesting idea, and challenging too! Not quite sure how to tackle it but I'm happy to give it a shot. I agree with Paul though, we should set a deadline. How about 2 weeks from today (by which I mean Feb 15th, 11:59pm, er, not sure which timezone)?

I'm in full agreement with the time limit. EST is also perfect for me, although it may not be so good for Mr. Lucas, who I believe lives in the UK.

EST is the standard MOCpages time.

Great idea Christian, and just so there is no confusion: Stuart lucas will have to do Castle-Pirates and Paul Romano will have to do Steampunk-city.
...This is gonna be good. :)

Not a problem - it just means that I have to post before I go to bed on the 15th, since the deadline will pass early in the morning for me. So I think we're on a level playing field. Good luck Paul, I've got a couple of fun ideas and I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Phew! I'm almost finished with my entry. Talk about cutting it kinda close, right? Not to fear, though, I shall have it up by the deadlin. Off to work!

Just a quick question: how long will the judging process take?
