By the end of the week I will have the rules and curriculum for a contest. I would appreciate suggestions, but I do have an idea of my own.
cool i was thinking we do like a vehicle or base type thing like what our bases look like with all our guys in action with the vehicles.

Contest #1
Curriculum:
This first contest will be the construction of a small scenario. The time period will be anywhere from Halo 1 to 2. A small battle or firefight is the overall idea. The use of vehicles is permitted (and actually probably be suggested). There is no specific location at which it should take place.
Rules:
1.Must fit in a 1 and a half by 1 and a half foot square.
2.Must be within the specified time period-Halo 1 through 2.
3.No comics.
4.It will last two weeks from the 10/12/11.
Judging:
The judging will consist of everybody in the group voting on one or more of the entries. Each member is given three votes (will probably go down to two when the group gets larger). Each creation will be assigned a number, most likely based on when you upload it. You are allowed to put only one vote for yourself. You may put all three to one creation if you think it is really good, or you may choose to give three one each.
Post all questions and comments in the general conversation discussion, I am trying to keep the Contests discussion for Contest only, thank you.

hey dude i was wondering if the size thing matters because the bigger the better right? i mean who wouldn't want a full size battle.

Halo 1-2 is a very small timeline, so not much happens. If you mean end-of-Halo-1 to beginning-of-halo-2 it's even smaller.

from the beggining of Halo 1 to the end of Halo 2, it doesn't have to be a battle from the games or even a book.

if everyone would put in your contest entries i will start judging them as soon as possible. and if you already have then can you please let me know. that way ill get through this much quicker and please tell me if you guys think my entry should be in the contest, i dont want to be biased or anything so im thinking of just taking it out but tell me what you guys think i should do.
