Yep, a contest. Since we don't exactly have a specific idea of what kind of contest should we organize, I'd like to hear you guys' opinions.

The contest theme will be decided by the 10th of January, as well as number of rounds and the overall size of it.

So, cast your votes, then I'll make a separate thread that contains the most interesting ones and we'll decide on the theme.

I have had an idea for just a simple one round kind of contest, but you could turn it into a category or round of a tournament too. I was thinking something along the lines of making the most not Bionicle thing, out of bio pieces. People have made flowers, and motorcycles before, why not see what else people can make using bio pieces that would be not bio related? Just an idea.

Maybe for a theme we could do is parsites? Since the brain attack wave is out and theres some parts that could be nice for the theme.

Twisted mocs, mocs that would fit the category of "well it was either put him down or put him in a padded room with a straight jacket on, we foolishly chose the second option". Mocs that sport physical signs of insanity. Just know that I came up with this on the spot.

I'm sure there will be a few (a lot) of people who dislike this idea, but you could try a no-HF parts Bio-Moc contest. I know I advocate it, but I think you'd (unfortunately) be hard-pressed to find anyone else, given that a lot of people on the site are younger and have mostly if not exclusively HF. Just a thought.

I second this one! My HF collection is almost nonexistent, so this'd be just another day for me XD

I only have hf parts almost no bionicle parts and hf parts are usefull in many ways so i think a rule as harsh as no hf parts in a contest isnt the way to go.

We may have a contest of some sorts, like that! It could prove to be fun. But our first one here will be a bit easier, as to involve a larger amount of people :)

I like the no HF idea but the only way I'm voting for it is if we chose to make this a tournament.

Alright, me and Lolo have pretty much decided on what the theme will be, but we'll keep you hanging until the 5th of January ;)

All I can say is that this is gonna be good :D

Ah, the fifth, thus only allowing myself two days to construct as much as possible before I must return to my scheduled, painstaking education that for the future I have planed for myself is almost useless.

Same here. Not looking forward to it. I've enjoyed actually having time to breathe and live. :|
