It has come to my attention that the old C&C system isn't working out so well, and it's clogging up the thread list. Therefore, changes are needed.

The new system will go like this:

-You must give valid C&C on at least three MOCs that have been posted in the thread before you can request C&C on your MOC

-One MOC per person, and you must wait for at least 5 other MOCs to be posted in the thread before you can request C&C on yours

The first rule does not apply to the first three MOCs that get posted here, so, go and request C&C!

NOTE: The more advanced MOCers shouldn't post a lot of C&C requests, for this is intended for the newer members of our MOCing community ;)
