There are computer programs called "CAD"s (computer assisted designers) that help with symmetry, lines, circles, curves, etc. After making the lines and such for your emblem, take a screenshot by pressing the "print screen" button on your keyboard. then fill in the colors with an image editor like GIMP or Photoshop
