I'm taking a wild guess that the current Heroica theme may end once they complete this 'Quest' (judging by the map we'll see maybe 2 more sets after Ilrion??).

If this WAS to happen, what do you think about shifting the theme to a futuristic/sci-fi theme?

Same style of gameplay. Just levels/heroes/monsters/powers set in a futuristic/space theme?

I have a lot of ideas for new "sets". I would like to make: the Mountains of Barresh (and maybe Barresh Settlements), Drandora Port, Seldaan Village and Gates of Elsruck (I found all these on lego.com). Some I've been thinking of myself is: the Desert of Zalain (a desert connected to the sand tiles in Nathuz and Draida), maybe some water that could connect Draida and Drandora, a river flowing from the mountains down to the sea. I think the idea of a jungle (past Drandora maybe?), and a hounted house (could be anywhere...) is great, though I think the theme should still be fantasy and not science fiction. A graveyard would be awesome (I've seen one here, and I think it was great), and maybe another village?
Any thoughts?

I had that idea, but I only made Drandora and Barresh, and I didn't make any real way to connect them. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/284440 http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/284596

Right now I'm working on another kingdom outside of Ennon (The kingdom Heroica takes place in). I'll post them soon here, but I still need to get the right parts. The main villian is a wizard who turned evil and is summoning monsters to control this kingdom.
My ideas of sets...
A village that hasn't been touch by the Dark Wizard where you buy potions, weapons, heal all your health, and compete in an obstacle course for a relic; another village that has been over run by a golden scorpion and it's servants; caves where one must face a rock monster and its mini rock-shroom servants; and a volcano where the Dark Wizard lives, guarded by dragons.
I'll post the first village soon...

Rock-shroom? Any ideas yet about what parts you are going to use for them? They sound pretty cool!

It is a grey 4x4 parabola plate on a tr. red 1x1 circular plate on a small grey 1x1 nose cone. (Those are the names on Lego.com). They lure in hungry travelers because they look like mushrooms and attack. I think I'll post a picture of it somewhere.

I'll try to upload my ideas soon (once I get the pieces) but until then I have another group of ideas I want to post before the year is out....

Heroica Olympics!
Right now I am working on a group of 5 sets where you compete for the big final trophy. There is a character representing the 5 known sets and each has the ability of that set's relics. My events include:
One on One Battles (Defeat the other player)
Monster Fighting (Defeat the most monsters)
Chariot Racing (Drive a chariot pulled by any monster and finish in 1st place)
Capture the flag (Control an army of monsters to take another team's flag)
??? (There will be one more but I don't know what. Any ideas?)

Each game is a four player game. The one on one battles will be out first because it will be the cheapest to order (I'm a perfectionist and need the right pieces)

I know this is a fairly old post but I have had the same idea. I am working on yeti, ghost, and other microfigs which would go very well with your suggested set ideas :)
