Not this year and probably neither the next, but I think I could actually get nominated in two years.

All right! That time of the year again when our sig figs get to break out their cheap tuxedos and attend the premier event of the Lego season, lol. Brilliant...

Like the Super Bowl commercials, I'm looking forward to what our esteemed host has in store for this year's intermission!

Master Shifu can man the concession stand with his band of ewoks. There should only be one item in the menu.

It's just another term for a YFOL that some people use. It stands for Kid Fan Of Lego.

I was looking though the threads and thought, " There should be a minifig of the year!" Is that a possibility?

There's an "other" category.

Kk, is microscale minifig scale only then?

Mini-fig scale is normal scale for Lego building (at least for me). Micro is smaller than that.

I know you are limiting the categories and you said no Star Wars, but what about a "Best Coloring" category for all those "custom" clone troopers?

What exactly is that cool logo on you buddy icon for? I mean we all know you're not cool so why did you put that up there? :P

Is there a section for TFOLs who have still managed to post stuff despite public exams and not being with one's sets half the year? (Hell, I have to try SOMETHING for my brother and me!)

I've been without 2/3 of my LEGO collection for a whole year and more.

No whining.

I need to do math homework for 9-10 hours every week in addition to my normal school activities, exams and homework.

No whining.

And I also have been through a way-too-long international move process, been without all of my things for 13 months. Moving to a completely new country, culture, and language. And just now finally settling down (and receiving my things and the rest of my LEGO collection YUSS)

AND IF YOU THOUGHT I DIDN'T HAVE MORE:

Plus this upcoming school year, you're fluent in Hebrew so the Bagruts will be "easier", but me, of course, I'm not fluent in Hebrew yet, so its going to be quite a challenge.

/endrant

No whining.

You've beaten me.
Although these are different kinds of difficulties, so comparing them was futile.

Yes, but I still beat you :P

Technically, I beat the pair of you.

I have been doing the International Baccalaureate at a boarding school, abroad, returning only for major holidays - and then, with piles of work to do. To boot, my parents work throughout all the Easter and Summer holidays, and I often have to help them.

But I REALLY win out on this: I was trying to make a rather sardonic joke; shame you don't get it.

Why are you assuming we don't get your cynical joke? That's a bit arrogant...

Because you answered to the post by attempting to best it. You attempted to show how much worse off you are, hence taking me seriously, hence failing to see the joke. :-)

WHY ISN'T THERE A BEST PARRINGTON MOCIE AWARD!!!

THE FIRST MODERN OLYMPICS HAD A GREEK ONLY EVENT, AND GREECE WON IT, (just, lol)

I PROPOSE A SIMILAR ARRANGEMENT FOR PARRINGTON.

Hahaha, one that only I can compete in. Like that event in the first Olympics which only Greeks could compete in, ensuring one of the two (I think) Golds they got there in 1896. The other was for the Marathon, SO Greek, lol!!!

But still, go ahead and define yourself, at the very least so we can identify you when we see you competing (and possibly also for our general enlightenment). And will you only be receiving the gold, or all 3 medals?

Why don't we start with filling in the following template, and you can continue from there as you see fit:

1) your horoscope sign

2) your greatest ambitions

3) favorite color

4) your 2 greatest strengths

5) your 2 greatest faults

6) favorite ice cream flavor

7) the single thing that can bring you to tears fastest

8) your favorite BSG episode

9) your favorite BSG MOC

10) your funniest pet peeve
