This is an operation aimed at getting Bryce and ED ready for their first battle, seeing as how try #1 flopped. We will all have assignments (by all I mean Bryce, ED, Chunk, and myself).

CAPSLOCK = Especially important information.

NOTE: PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CARFULLY! I can not stress this enough. The reason Bryce and EDís first try at a battle failed was because they didnít read the necessary material carefully. PLEASE READ THE BELOW PORTION UNTIL YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, POST IT RIGHT AWAY AND I WILL ANSWER.

Bryce and ED Ė Make whatever modifications to your units you want to make, then post the profile AND battle cards in a MOC creation, as well as the unit with its baseplate underneath it. I will then approve them if they are done correctly and you can make a battlegroup using those units. When you have completed the battlegroup, post it in another MOC and again I will approve it if it is done correctly. DO NOT MAKE A BATTLEGROUP BEFORE YOUR UNITS HAVE BEEN APPROVED! When your units and battlegroups have been approved, you are ready for the battle.

Chunk Ė I know we are planning on making the battlemaps all 15x15 (tiles), so your job will be enlarging Majoris Ravine to that size, or making another map that is 15x15. (Sorry if it seems like Iím being bossy, I just wanted a take-charge mentality to be apparent, because otherwise people wonít do anything.)

Me Ė Iíve been working on several vignettes showing tips for how to effectively play the TCS to your fullest potential. This creation, The Guide to the TCS, will be going online sometime within the next few days. BEFORE BRYCE AND ED START, YOU MUST LOOK AT THIS CREATION!

I hope this plan will work out well and that we can get Bryce and ED started soon.

I will have my units up in 10 minutes.
I'll take a look at them. Read through the main post again as you obviously missed the part about not doing anything until I have posted the Guide to the TCS creation.
EDIT: the Guide to the TCS is now up. Please look at it and comment on anything that doesn't make sense.
EDIT2: Alright bryce, I looked at the units and you've still got a bit to do. The baseplates for most of your tank units need to be AT LEAST one stud of the baseplate, meaning one stud between the baseplate and the unit. The baseplates on the Super Heavy(s) need to be close to the front of the unit, not in the middle. Post the revised units with their battle cards and I'll get back to you tomorrow. ED, that goes for you too. Take a look at the Guide to the TCS AND READ IT CAREFULLY! I cannot stress how much I mean when I say to READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. You're missing things that I put in there for you to not miss because you're not READING EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. One more time for good measure, READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY!

Quoting Andrew, somewhere in his mind...
ED and Bryce must read the Guide to the TCS before posting their new units!

LOL, okay ED. I'll look at both your new units and stats and get back to you soon.

Bryce, I have looked over the new revisions of your units and I am sad to say that they still need a bit of work.

TBD (To Be Done)

1. I noticed for the first time that you are using a color code box on your Profile Cards. Either you added this to the new Profile Card model or you are using the old model. This needs to be changed as they are not up to date with the rest of the cards. Simply delete the pieces of the color coded box (ONLY ON THE PROFILE CARD, NOT THE BATTLE CARD) and add a 10x4 (dark gray) stud plate in its place for the bonus pins.

2. Your unit abilities are not properly aligned. They need to be one stud off the left side of the Profile/Battle Cards. The only card you got this right on was the Light Battle Card. Follow that example with all the rest of the cards.

3. You have missed the point of the Long Range ability as you have not added two bonus pins to the profile cards. ONLY ADD THESE ON THE LIGHT ARTILLERY AND THE HEAVY ARTILLERY PROFILE CARDS. Read over the description of the Long Range ability on the unit abilities post.

4. You didnít add a picture of the Super Heavy unitís Profile/Battle Cards.

5. Your Heavy unitís stats are not right. You have eight more stat points than is allowed.

6. Your Heavy unit 2ís Profile Card is too small to hold the stats. You need to enlarge it a bit.

7. In regards to your units: Your Heavy unit 2 should be raised one stud higher above the baseplate, and the baseplate should be moved two spaces forward. The Super Heavy unitís baseplate should be one space forward. Optional: since your Artillery units will be able to fire over ledges, you might want to consider adding an up/down pivot to them. Sometimes this means sacrificing a left/right pivot, but thatís alright. Other than that, the units are looking great.

When you have finished with these revisions, upload a new file with not only the units and baseplates BUT ALSO the Profile Cards and Battle Cards for them. If there are any more mistakes, Iíll fix them and upload the file for you. You're doing a good job so far.

Okay, I finished revising the units and there stats and Read The TBD "Test" 3 times just so I hopefully get it right and Will put up the file in just a minute. EDIT: Ok the file is up.

Alright, great. Thanks for hanging in there Bryce. There are a few issues I see, but I'll fix the ones not pertaining to stat points. BTW, a little hint about Bonus pins: They only go on Profile Cards, and the stat increases are shown as pre-added on the Battle Cards. I'll get back to you soon (like later today).

Alright Bryce, I think we're almost there. I've posted a revised card creation, download the file and make the noted changes, after that, I think you're ready to make a Battlegroup!
EDIT: Actually, you are there! Download the new file (assuming you don't want to change anything else).

I'm bumping this to the bottom so ED sees it.

Well, I believe ED and Bryce are ready to go! (finally :P) I suggest you follow the formula that happened last time: Bryce posts his units, ED posts his units, Bryce moves, ED moves, etc. Also, remember to download the new Majoris Ravine map that has been upsized to 15x15. Also remember to match up the appropriate corner of your battle group card with the corresponding corner of the map. Don't settle for "good enough", settle for "perfect" as that looks much better. Read over the Guide to the TCS a bit more and pick up tips where you can. I look forward to watching this battle unfold.

Okay, just so we're clear about what needs to happen, I would like ED to download Bryce's map and add his units onto it. I did say Bryce should put his units up first.

I'm pretty darn sure he had done his before you, but it's fine. I understand where the confusion came from (he merely edited his first battle post and didn't say anything). But I'd still like you to add your units to his map (I'm not being pushy/bossy, I'm just restating what needs to be done).
