STEAL!!!!

Today, I was in the local walmart. I happened to be in the clearance section when a Lego set banner caught my eye. The set was on sale for $35.00. I got closer, and I nearly had a heart attack when I saw that the set was the REPUBLIC GUNSHIP. I bought one, and I came back an hour later with my dad and saw that three more had been purchased.

1034 parts for $35 is a steal. It was by far the best deal I've ever come across. I'm wondering, however, if there is a sale you've come across that can be considered a steal. Comment with your scenario.

One Clone Battlepack for $24.99. That was a steal alright, over in yankland you get them for about half that.

I feel robbed.

Yankland, lol...I often wish I lived in Britain. My last name is Cliffe, for Pete's sake, it's an English suffix! It's always a little messed up somehow over here in America.

I once purchased The space skulls set for $20 at the online Lego shop. It was originally $100.

Ebay is good for getting big piles of bricks for cheap, if you dont mind picking out the mega blocks, green army men, and pieces of other plastic toys. once I got a whole bunch of rare parts, a pile of bricks, and most of a transformer for about $15
