Well, it would be commando droids, but they are to good for some reason, and manage to kill everyone, so battle droids, because they're stupid and make me laugh. :D ~~~$tryke

I believe it is because they become mass produced and therefor the CIS have to cut costs by not making them as intellegent as before, but something that seems quite strange is that they almost never fight with their shields up...

Hmmm... Perhaps they have only limited energy for it or just don't need it all the time. Good question, though!
