Ok, well I made an entry last night, my first one, and didn't put the right type of link (I didn't know we had to do all the HTML stuff) and so the first judge gave me a zero. Frustrating, but expected. So I found out how to fix the link after the first judge judged it, and it's fine now. Fixed. But the next judge still gave me a score of zero. I thought I could fix it. So do I just have to sit here with a now properly formatted entry and simply take zeros from all the other judges?

I think there's a no-edit rule...

There is a no edit rule as Deus pointed out. We gave people a 24 pass on edit problems and a 48 pass on remembering to put the team name on the entry, but that time is passed. If 1 judge sees the flaw, we all follow suit. Sorry, but all of this was in the rules.

Well you said I still didn't have the link. I used the link to get here. Yeah I've already taken the zeros, but it does have a link. Next time I'm gonna put twelve links of varying types and surround them with flashing lights.

HAHAHA, now that is a good idea! When I left that comment, there was no link, I checked twice. Maybe I missed it, but regardless, one judge saw no link, and, well....you know. We are not trying to be mean, but we have to have rules, otherwise it would be like wrestling, fake.

Ahem. Judge Kevin J. Walter gave me a score of two on my "Smack the Judges" MOC, citing the fact that I did not include all the judges. He probably had more reasons for it, but since that was the thing he mentioned, I'd like to know wheter or not that was actually the criteria of the MOC. I assume not, since the other judges didn't mention it.

Kevin can answer about the 2 if he wishes, but I think that was just a comment and not the reason for the 2. The category states one or more of the judges, so your entry was fine in that regard.

My newest entry still needs to be judged by Bones and Shifu. It is called the AC-08 Sentry Suit. Please judge soon!

U guys said on my Twisted Landscape moc, That I needed something more on the twisted side. I just want to know what would have gotten me a higher score exactly?

Well first, let's talk about your scores. You got 3s and a 4. That was a really good score. Remember from the begining we said that 3s were good, solid scores. So your score was actually a good one. To get those 4s/5s that people are getting, there has to be that little something "extra" that makes a moc really pop (and as you live in the Chicago area like me, I don't mean "soda" when I say that). It's not something that you can really put a finger on, it's an intangible. An "IT" factor if you will. There's really nothing specific that we could tell you to do differently. Your moc was nicely done and received some decent scores, to get it to that next level, you have to find that IT factor. Again, nothing we can specify, but we know it when we see it.

Phipson! You gave me 3 for my man vs. wild category. This entry also got 3 points: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/255713
No offence to Lando L. Jackson, but I think I deserve more.

MAGMA! (just following your example there...)

His build was a 2 pointer but he got an extra point for "rocket shark." That was funny. Your build was a solid 3 on build alone.

The other thing you have to remember is that there is NO way the judges can remember what score they gave to each individual moc so sometimes, the scores are going to cross over a bit.

Oh, and let me say this again... 3 is a GOOD score! You have to go beyond "good" to get 4s and 5s.

I believe there has been a mix up, Mr. Bones said on A Monkeys "Life of a pirate" that Team Crusaders has already done the themed tower category. If you double check, you will see that this is not the case! Perhaps he had us confused with another team?

We are keeping close tabs on what each team has built. I now show that 6 entries are missing from your team that all of the judges scored. I even posted your team had completed 20 entries back on 3/15, now you only have 16 in your group after you posted two new ones? Something happened to 6 of your entries, the judges are looking into it. Did not a member of your team quit and delete his account? If so, all of his entries went with him, but his scores stay.

Gee, 2 whole days? Do not leave comments like this, as I have said over and over, we, the judges, are all adults and as such we have families and jobs. We will score the creations when we get time.

Darn fine question Freeling me lad. The answer is.....I am lazy. Sometimes I remember to give a smile, sometimes I forget, it is due to the fact I judge many entries at one time. So, for those I did not give a smiley, forgive me. Or don't, your choice. I have ten minutes, best get to judging a few entries.

Hey Phipson, why'd you give me a 2? I saw some of the other Fantastic Five Creations, and mine doesn't seem quite different. What caused you to give me a two on the fantastic five category????

Being as it's late and I'm tired I shall give you the short answer. It boiled down to build quality and presentation. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're a bad builder, but when compared to other entries in that category... sorry dude, it just didn't stack up. It wasn't "bad," just not as good as some of the others.
