With the disaster that recently hit Christchurch, NZ., Leda asked us to find someone to fill in for her until she was able to get things sorted out.

I wanted to find another judge with the same womanly touch that I knew Leda would bring so my first thought was naturally Kelso. Poor Mark however is way too busy to judge this year so...

Just a quick word on scores.

Before we start judging I want you all to understand the scores. I know all of you are going to want 4s and 5s for everything you post but that's just not realistic. If you get a 3 for a build, please understand that that is a GOOD solid score. 4s and 5s are reserved for builds that are truly EPIC.

2s and 3s are good scores so don't get frustrated if you get them. It's the 1s and 0s that you don't want.

Remember, any "cheating" is an automatic 0 regardless of how stunning the build is. Good luck to everyone!

I'm seeing posts without links to the main group. Not gonna dock ya just yet on these but if you see one, please help that person out and tell them so they can fix it.

It's part of following instructions to have the links on your moc so please get them on there. We'll start deducting points for that soon.

EVERYONE!...

There have been a couple of people who have edited posts after posting them to the group. The ones that did this are NOT going to be docked as we didn't truly specify this in the past.

From now on, no moc may be edited once it's added to the group. If you do edit it after you add it to the group then you will receive a 0 for that moc.

Players! You need to follow the rules below:
All entries must be posted in the MOCathalon group AND the team group page. Each MOC entered must have the category of the build and the team name as the first line of the introduction of your post OR the first line of the post if you don't use the introduction section.

I am seeing too many entries with no team name, please make sure your team name is on the entry somewhere so I do not have to search for whom to give the points to. Thanks!

Wanted to let you all know that three of the judges are out of touch for awhile due to real life stuff. So the scores may be slow in coming. Having said that, I will wait to update the standings until they get back and get to judging. Cheers!
