I saw you recommended me, Shadow TOA. I couldn't pass this up. A quick question though: can I enter a pre-built MOC? Because the only notable Toa that has 2 elements is Kenaz, and lack of parts will make ya suffer. But can you use ANY elements? Any restrictions? Sorry, I'm rambling.

The rules say "your toa must be no smaller than a regular sized toa", but what is a "regular sized" toa at all?
Because I was thinking to throw Mikaru into the contest, but he's only Av-Matoran-Size.
