It's a suspense movie. Its genre is Horror, but it really is just a suspense film. You jump a few times, and there is the beginning with the [If I told you, it would ruin the scene] Scene with some blood. Permalink | August 18, 2011, 4:29 pm |

I liked Super 8 a lot up until the end. You don't keep something for 15 years and then just decide to let it go. The ending to me was anticlimactic. Also, the reason nobody had said that is because it came out a while before someone decided to revive the topic. Permalink | August 19, 2011, 8:39 am |

<SPOILER ALERT>I thought the end was good because every time the kid looked at the watch it reminded him of his mom dying. It brought back bad thoughts. Basically the point was that anything that is troubling you, let it go. I liked that. Good story. Permalink | August 19, 2011, 2:41 pm |

-The Source Code (3 times)
-Rise of the Planet of the Apes (1 time)
-Harry Potter 7, Part 2 (2 times)
-The Dark Knight (4 times)
-Inception (4 times)
-Coraline (4 or 5 times)
-Ironman (4 times)
-Toy Story 3 (2 times, didn't cry)
-Tron; Legacy (2 times, loved it for the visuals, the eye candy, but the story was a little weak)

Well in my opinion it was pretty sad, ***SPOILER WARNING***
Because he give the little girl all his toys and then there woodie at the bottom of the box and the girl really likes woodie because she had him before (but then he escaped) and so she really want woodie but Andy can't decide if he should give it to her but it ends up he does and you can see that woodie looks a little sad as he watches Andy is getting in the car (he's going to collage) and Andy looks back in the review mirror and says "Thanks Guys." (I guess he was thanking them for the fun they gave him) that's when I cried.

What? I don't think I'd ever cried a little at any movie other than the end of Marley & Me and Toy Story 3. I never was able to see it in a theatre anyway, so it wasn't like public humiliation. Didn't you even start to get sad when they could have almost died by fire?! I don't know what kind of effect Toy Story had on you, but to me and a ton of other people, we grew up with Woody and Buzz. Think about it, what if you gave up a toy that you had kept for ten or more years and it was your absolute favorite. There's a big connection that was made to a lot of people. Also, when's the last time you cried? What was the reason? Unless it was for scraping a knee when you were five, I wouldn't laugh. (And I find it kind of hard to believe anyone could have not cried at least a few times in their life after they can control sadness and pain.) Permalink | August 21, 2011, 12:17 am |

Well, although Jack the monkey is undead, he's still there, but Cotton's parrot can still be seen in the bottle, too. They could still be alive somewhere. If Blackbeard killed them and since he didn't save any to Zombiefy, Will is still the keeper of the dead and making sure they make it to the land of the dead, there could be a plot that would require for Jack and Barbosa to require members of their old crews. And if you infer the ending of 3 with the green flash, Will could have brought back Governor Swan for Elizabeth and the kid. You know, seeing as The Green Flash is when a soul comes back from the death, it is still possible for them to return. This is a supernetural film franchise we're talking about; dead men do tell tales. Permalink | April 12, 2013, 6:53 pm |
