I think we should adopt the way the UN works, with representatives and a chief, but there should be more higher ranks, because from what it looks like every representative is a mod, and with more people joining and representing, it'll get a little hectic, or maybe we should keep the modships because some people might already represent a country that someone's from. What i am suggesting that we have more ranks, like an advisor to the secretary general or something, not just representatives.
