Be careful! I listed my Lego Desert Eagle on eBay and it was removed for copyright infringement: Lego can't be used anywhere in the listing with anything not intended for 6-12 year olds. It'll probably be alright if you just don't mention Lego in the listing.

oh thanks. i'll be careful but i thought i could make money off of it by selling it because people on youtube have asking for instructions

You might be able to list it as: "Instructions for my MOC requested by YouTube members" or something like that and then post the link of the listing on your YouTube video saying that the instructions are for sale.
